Danielle Gelley, PMA certified Pilates instructor
Wanting to share the positive impacts that Pilates had on her own life, Danielle completed her Pilates training with The Pilates Place Studio in 2016. After completing her 530 hours of comprehensive training and receiving her formal PMA certification, Danielle continued to expand her knowledge by completing specialized certifications in pre/post-natal Pilates and corrective exercise.
As an instructor Danielle is always emphasizing balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. Her sessions combine contemporary Pilates and fitness fusion, which includes creative sequences that will leave you with a full body workout – whether you are a beginner or an advanced student. Her passion is working one on one with her clients to accommodate and rehabilitate any issues or injuries. Danielle believes in creating a dynamic, tailored, movement experience to help clients safely accelerate and reach their goals.
Her perspective on fitness now in her 40s, is that exercise isn’t just about changing your body composition, it’s about your overall mental and physical health and a key to longevity. The older you get, the more muscle mass you lose, so it’s important to incorporate functional exercises into your fitness routine.
